I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for my money was outstanding and the room itself was fantastic. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like a VIP throughout my entire stay.

Nice hotel in the best avenue of Mexico city. Room was clean, breakfast was super fantastic and they offer free wifi in the lobby.
Nearly nobody spoke any English and the ones that did speak English, I did not manage to communicate well with them

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, in every department, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable. Despite being located in a busy area, the building was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was easy to get to-and-from the airport, and it was also close to many museums, parks, and attractions within around 30 minutes. The breakfast selection was generous and of great quality. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Emporio is midway between the Zocalo and Chapultepec Park, both of which I enjoy visiting. The restaurant has an excellent buffet for breakfast and comida. The menu is also very good. The room has all amenities. I stay here whenever I visit Mexico City.
